Marketing using Story-Telling

Situation

The charity had excellent accountability (the best I have seen in a charity).

The website was hard to read – good news stories were lost in detail.

Solution

I interviewed former prisoners helped by the charity and charity employees.

I restructured the website with a focus on telling the human stories behind the charity.

I helped refocus grant applications around the human stories to balance the financial accountability.

The charity has received additional donations and partnerships thanks to the new focus on stories.
